Affiliate program agreement

The Coinhub Funded Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions on Challenge purchases made by users they refer. This document sets out the terms governing participation in the program.

These Affiliate Terms are in addition to our general Terms & Conditions, which also apply to affiliates.

To participate in the program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Reside in a country where Coinhub Funded operates (see Restricted Countries)
• Apply through our Affiliate Program page and be approved by our team
• Provide accurate information about yourself, your channels, and your audience

We review applications on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at our sole discretion and may consider audience quality, content alignment, and compliance posture. We may decline applications without explanation.

Commissions are paid as a percentage of qualifying Challenge purchases made by referred users. The current tier structure is:

Tier qualification is calculated per calendar month. Tier upgrades within a month are retroactive to that month's sales; tier downgrades do not affect already-paid commissions.

Lifetime commission

Once a user is attributed to your affiliate ID, you earn commissions on all of that user's future Challenge purchases - including retries, resets, and account size upgrades - for the lifetime of the user's account.

User attribution is performed via tracking cookies set on first visit through your unique affiliate link. The tracking cookie has a 90-day duration.

If a user clicks your link, takes no action, and returns within 90 days to purchase a Challenge, the sale is credited to you. If they return after 90 days or click a different affiliate's link in the meantime, attribution may shift.

Last-touch attribution

In cases where a user clicks multiple affiliate links before purchasing, the most recent click within the cookie window receives credit (last-touch attribution).

Tracking limitations

We do not guarantee 100% tracking accuracy. Tracking may fail when:

• The user blocks cookies entirely
• The user clears cookies between click and purchase
• The user clicks on a different device than the one used to purchase
• Browser-level privacy features prevent third-party tracking

Affiliate commissions are paid in USDT to a wallet address you provide. Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month for the prior month's commissions.

Payout schedule

• Standard tier: Monthly payouts only
• Volume tier: Monthly default; bi-weekly payouts available on request
• Partner tier: Monthly default; weekly or bi-weekly payouts available on request

Minimum payout

The minimum payout is $50 USDT. Balances below the minimum roll forward to the next payout period.

Clawbacks

Commissions are subject to clawback in the following cases:

• The underlying Challenge purchase is refunded under our refund policy
• The sale is determined to be fraudulent, self-referred, or in breach of these terms
• The referred user disputes the charge with their payment provider

Clawbacks are deducted from future commissions where possible. Where future commissions are insufficient, we may invoice the affiliate for the clawback amount.

Approved affiliates may promote Coinhub Funded through:

• Personal websites, blogs, and newsletters
• Social media accounts (X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Discord, etc.)
• Trading communities and educational platforms
• Email marketing to opted-in subscribers
• Paid advertising on most platforms (subject to the restrictions below)
• Content creation (reviews, tutorials, comparisons)

All marketing communications must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable law (e.g., FTC guidelines in the U.S.). Use phrases like "affiliate link", "sponsored", or "paid partnership" as appropriate.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Brand-term bidding: Bidding on "Coinhub Funded", "coinhubfunded", misspellings, or variations on PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)
• Misrepresentation: Claiming guaranteed profits, hidden benefits, or terms that don't exist
• Incentive abuse: Offering cashback, rebates, or other incentives that effectively reduce the Challenge Fee
• Spam: Unsolicited mass emails, comment spam, forum spam
• Fraudulent traffic: Bot traffic, click fraud, fake leads, traffic from prohibited sources
• Targeting minors: Marketing aimed at users under 18
• Restricted country targeting: Promoting to audiences in countries where we don't operate
• Trademark infringement: Using our logos, brand assets, or names in a way not authorized by our brand guidelines
• Self-referral: Using your own affiliate link to purchase Challenges for yourself

We provide an Affiliate Marketing Kit containing approved logos, banners, videos, social media graphics, and copy. You may use these assets in your marketing without further permission, subject to our brand guidelines.

Modifications to our logos, brand colors, or core marketing creative require prior written approval. Contact affiliates@coinhubfunded.com for custom asset requests.

Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time:

• By you: Email affiliates@coinhubfunded.com to withdraw from the program. Pending commissions will be paid in the next regular payout cycle.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately for breach of these terms, fraud, or any reason at our discretion. We will pay any commissions earned in good faith prior to termination; commissions from fraudulent or breaching activity are forfeited.

Upon termination, your tracking links are deactivated. Users who have already been attributed to you continue to generate commissions on their existing Challenges until the natural conclusion of their account, except in cases of termination for cause where forfeiture applies.

We may update these Affiliate Terms or the commission structure with 30 days' notice to active affiliates. Continued participation after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

Material changes (e.g., commission rate changes, tier threshold changes) will be communicated by email to all active affiliates.
