Where we cannot operate
Countries and regions where Coinhub Funded services are not available, plus the reasoning and enforcement methods.
Check this list before purchasing. If you reside in a restricted country, you cannot use Coinhub Funded services. Attempting to circumvent restrictions will result in account closure and forfeiture of any Payouts.
If your country isn't listed here, you're eligible to participate.
Overview
Coinhub Funded does not provide services to residents of certain countries and territories. The restrictions on this page result from international sanctions, anti-money-laundering laws, and other compliance obligations.
This list is not exhaustive and may be updated as regulations change. We reserve the right to decline service to any individual we determine, in our sole discretion, presents a regulatory risk.
Fully restricted countries
We do not offer any Coinhub Funded services to residents of the following countries and territories. If you are a resident of any of these locations, you may not create an account or purchase a Challenge.
Regional restrictions
In addition to fully restricted countries, certain regions within otherwise eligible countries are excluded from our services:
How restrictions are enforced
We use multiple methods to enforce these restrictions:
- IP geolocation at signup and during active use
- Government-issued ID verification before first payout
- Address verification as part of identity verification
- Payment method screening to detect cards or wallets from restricted jurisdictions
- Sanctions list screening against OFAC, UN, EU, UK, and other authorities
Attempting to circumvent these restrictions - for example, by using a VPN, providing false residency information, or using identity documents from another country - is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending Payouts. Such actions may also be reported to relevant authorities.
Changes to this list
This list may be updated at any time based on changes in international sanctions, regulations, or our own compliance assessments. We will:
- Update this page promptly when changes occur
- Notify existing customers if their country becomes restricted, giving reasonable notice to settle any pending Challenges or Payouts
- Honor pending Payouts where lawfully permitted, even if the country becomes restricted after the Payout was earned
