Definitions
Simulated trading environment
Coinhub Funded does not operate as a broker, dealer, or investment advisor. We do not accept deposits, do not offer investment management services, and do not hold or custody client funds. Our service is the provision of evaluation challenges and performance-based commission arrangements for traders who pass them.
You acknowledge and accept that any reference to "trading", "capital", or "account balance" within our platform refers to simulated activity unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Account creation & eligibility
To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity occurring under your account.
You may not create or maintain an account if you:
- Are under 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Reside in a restricted country or sanctioned territory
- Are on any sanctions list maintained by a competent authority (e.g., OFAC, UN, EU, UK)
- Have previously had your account closed by Coinhub Funded for rule violations
- Intend to use the service for any illegal purpose
Identity verification
Identity verification is required before your first payout. You must provide a government-issued photo ID and a selfie. Failure to complete verification within 60 days of your first payout request may result in account suspension.
Challenge rules & conduct
The specific rules of each Challenge - including profit targets, drawdown limits, minimum trading days, and other parameters - are published on our Rules & Payouts page and apply in full to your participation.
Prohibited trading practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending payouts:
- Latency arbitrage - exploiting delayed price feeds between brokers or platforms
- Reverse arbitrage - hedging between two of your own accounts or with external accounts
- Tick scalping abuse - strategies exploiting sub-second platform latency or order routing
- Account sharing - allowing any other person to operate your account
- Copy trading from your other Coinhub Funded accounts - mirroring signals between accounts you control
- Platform exploits - any abuse of pricing errors, off-quotes, or system bugs
Compliance with policies
You agree to comply with all rules, parameters, and policies as published. We reserve the right to modify trading rules with reasonable notice, except in cases where modifications are required by law, regulation, or to address an active compliance issue.
Fees & payments
Challenge Fees are due in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment in cash (at Coinhub ATM locations), Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC).
Refunds
Challenge Fees are generally non-refundable. Two exceptions apply:
- Fee refund after three payouts: Your original Challenge Fee is refunded in full after your third successful payout on a Funded Account.
- Statutory cooling-off periods: Where local consumer law mandates a cooling-off period, you may cancel within that window for a full refund provided you have not yet begun trading on the Challenge.
All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
Payouts
Payouts are performance-based commissions equal to up to 90% of simulated profit generated on a Funded Account, subject to compliance with all applicable rules. Payouts are paid in USDT to a wallet address you provide.
Supported networks
We support USDT payouts on Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20), and BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20). You bear all network fees and are solely responsible for providing a correct wallet address. Coinhub Funded is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses.
Payout review
All payout requests are reviewed for rule compliance. Where a payout request is denied or adjusted due to rule violations, we will notify you with the reasoning. You may contest the decision by contacting support@coinhubfunded.com within 14 days.
Tax responsibility
Payouts may constitute taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes. Coinhub Funded does not provide tax advice.
Intellectual property
All content on the Coinhub Funded platform - including the brand, logo, design, code, documentation, course materials, and trading parameters - is the exclusive property of Coinhub Funded or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., support tickets, feedback). By submitting content, you grant Coinhub Funded a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify that content for the purpose of operating the service.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- By you: Contact support@coinhubfunded.com to close your account. Active Challenges and pending payouts will be processed before closure where possible.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, breach Challenge rules, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail identity verification. We may also terminate the service generally with 30 days' notice.
Upon termination, all unfunded Challenges and Funded Accounts cease. Pending verified payouts will be processed where compliance allows. Unverified or disputed payouts may be forfeited.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coinhub Funded shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption
- Losses arising from platform downtime, market data errors, or third-party service failures
- Decisions made based on simulated trading performance
Our total aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to Coinhub Funded in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevis, West Indies, the jurisdiction in which Block Entertainment Operating LLC dba Coinhub Funded is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body, with the seat of arbitration in Nevis, West Indies.
Class actions are waived. You agree to bring any claim individually and not as part of a class or representative action.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Non-material changes (e.g., typo corrections, clarifications) may be made without notice.
Your continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the service before it takes effect.
